Information Collection We collect various types of information to provide and improve our service:

When creating or logging into your account, you must authenticate with a 3rd party provider such as Google or Apple: in this process, we collect and save your name and email address (unless you choose Apple’s option to “Hide My Email”).
When importing contacts into the Carvoice app, we also save those details in our database so we can use it to let your chosen action reach your selected contact. We will never reach out to those contacts without your explicit authorization, and will never share those contact details with partners or third parties. - Usage Data: App interactions, features used…
We are not keeping records of the way you use various actions (like “you called this contact at that time”…). We only save in our database the configuration of various actions (enabled/disabled,…) - Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system…
We are not collecting / saving device data.

- To allow app functionality.
- To enhance app functionality.
- To provide customer support.
- To send updates and marketing communications (if you opt-in).
Sharing of Information
- With third-party service providers for analytics and app improvement. Note that we did not install any analytics tool in current version.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data Retention
- We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services.
- You can request data deletion by contacting us, or by deleting it yourself from the Settings section. Note that, to ensure you are legitimate to delete the data, you will be asked to re-authenticate before you can delete your account. Upon deletion, we would delete from our database all the data related to your account (your profile details, your saved contacts,…)
